Five Cleaning Strategies to Reduce Workplace Allergies – Part II

  • Strategy No. 4: Use a good vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter and change the filters often. Vacuuming is important in eliminating allergens. However, make sure you’re not using a vacuum that leaks more allergens than it’s picking up.
  • Strategy No. 5: Perform carpet cleaning on a regular basis. One of the most common places for allergens to live is in the carpet. In addition to regular vacuuming, you may want to deep clean your carpets more often.
